June is a special month that holds a significant place in our hearts at Schibsted Tech Polska. We celebrate Pride Month, a time dedicated to honoring diversity, acceptance, and equality. We are proud to actively support the LGBTQ+ community and to create an inclusive environment for all our employees.
Celebrating equality
Our dedicated team participated in this year’s Equality March in Krakow. The presence of our employees at the march is not only a gesture of support but also an expression of our company’s mission to promote equality and acceptance in every aspect of life.
As part of the Pride Month celebrations, we are organizing a special event – Schibsted Talk: Pride Edition. This will be an opportunity to listen to inspiring speeches and stories from members of the LGBTQ+ community. Guests will share their experiences, and we will gain a better understanding of the challenges they face and how we can support inclusivity in our workplace.
What else?
Our offices are already adorned with rainbow stickers at the entrances, symbolizing our commitment to promoting equality and acceptance. Soon, our office spaces will be decorated with colorful ornaments, reminding us of the value that diversity brings.
