Beyond the Code #07 – The things you need to start a change
Are you really ready for a change in your IT project?
We’re not going to run into a philosophical discussion about a role of change in your life, but rather focus on a practical side of this topic related to IT projects. In the seventh episode of Beyond the Code we’re covering the most important things you need to be ready to change important technologies in your project.
The answer to question why you need many different type of personalities is not as obvious as you might have thought (in the context of being ready for a change). The key is to understand how to connect everything & where and when to start.
A quick reminder. The idea of Beyond the Code is simple. We would like to focus on different sets of skills that might be useful for software engineers, which are not coding/programming/prototyping, etc. You can expect new episodes, around 30 minutes long, every second Wednesday.
We’ve already published several episodes of our podcast – check them out if you still haven’t :). Please note that we’ve decided to run the podcast in Polish, although we are still planning to invite several foreign guests for episodes recorded in English.
