Keynote speaker: Bård Brænde

The best team in the world!

Ever considered that being part of the best team in the world is actually a decision? Bård Brænde will work with us and explain how the root and layers of this decision affects us every day – and how we truly can achieve this ambition together.

About Bård:
Bård programmed Donkey Kong from scratch on a ZX Spectrum at the age of 11 – and came through childhood and adolescence composing music, synthesizer sounds and talking radio. Now, some 30 years later, he has a Master in Business, Organization and Media – and has been working with organizational and concept development for the past 15 years, having more than 500 stage performances behind him.

Future user interfaces

Many aspects of machine intelligence have seen tremendous improvement in recent years. Computer vision and natural language processing have graduated machines from the data world to the real world. This shift enables a range of exciting new use-cases and opportunities – among them are new user interfaces like voice and augmented reality. This talk discusses the many (awesome) opportunities and challenges that lie ahead of us.

About Anniken:
Anniken is representing the Technology Trends Team at the Spring Event. Our team works with translating how the big technology trends will impact Schibsted, by running hackathons and experiments across the organization, as well as contributing to strategic discussions and processes. Anniken’s background is from computer science and innovation management with which allows her to understand both the technical and strategic challenges associated with these trends. Her passions include graphic design and yoga.
