Our team is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to join us and start a great journey with Schibsted Tech Polska!



  • You will join and support our Product & Technology organisation in a continuous search for the best talents
  • You will use different tools and techniques to build the recruitment pipelines and approach passive talents, while providing a world-class candidate experience
  • You will handle stakeholders and hiring managers by building strong relationships and supporting them in improvements and solutions for their recruitment needs
  • You will take part in our employer branding initiatives, meetups, conferences and collaborate with different third parties
  • You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to implement your own ideas


  • You recruited for IT roles before and have hands on experience (min 3-5 yrs)
  • You easily connect with engineers and can talk tech to them
  • You have insights on IT talent availability, market trends, needs and expectations
  • You are flexible, but also able to maintain focus while working with changing priorities
  • You know different techniques and cool tools and always strive to improve the way you work
  • You are proactive, not afraid to speak up, advocate your own ideas and challenge others
  • You like working with people and have ‘can do’ attitude
  • You communicate freely in English and Polish
