ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinating the workflow of Gdańsk office
- Close collaboration with different company departments
- Manage communication and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- First line of contact for visitors and guests
- Development and maintenance of administrative office records
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Vendor services management (cleaning, watering plants, food deliveries)
- Support of company events, meetings and conferencing needs
- People person with positive and can do attitude
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to solving problems
- Attention to details and multitasking aptitude
- Very good English, both written and spoken
- Very good computer skills (Google tools)
