In an entertaining presentation team leader Mateusz Kwasniewski presented FastenOSS – an umbrella term for open source libraries created as a side effect of solving business problems for Norwegian media houses.
“FastenOSS is about how we solve not so unique problems with micro libraries and make them generic so others can use them too, ” explains Kwasniewski.

Innovative team
The Improvement of the Year award was selected by a combination of votes from a professional jury and the participants of the Schibsted Tech Polska Winter Event 2016.
The Schibsted Norway Tech Editorial Mobile team has demonstrated its innovative and collaborative spirit on several occasions. For instance a hack day project from team members led to much faster mobile news pages for two million Norwegians.
