The new site manager will start in his new position on October 3, leading a unit of software developers working for partners in Norway and Sweden.
Filip Szczucki (41) has long experience as a manager in the IT industry, He is from Gdansk, and has a Master of Science from Technical University of Gdansk.
For the last five years he has held different management positions in the large software company Sii Polska, currently as Business Unit Director. Previously he worked several years as senior scientist for NATO in The Hague.
Experienced manager

Natural step

The new site manager says he looks forward to a close cooperation with colleagues in Scandinavia.

The Gdansk office is growing quickly – and currently has 23 employees.
Strong growth
Schibsted Tech Polska has grown from 0 to 170 employees in five years, with headquarter in Krakow. The unit in Gdansk was established in 2014 and currently has 23 employees. But new teams are being formed, and It is expected that the unit will grow to more than 30 before the end of the year.
Among the partners with teams in Gdansk are Let´s Deal, Lendo and Nya Wärmlands-Tidningen. A team of software consultants that do short-term projects for other Schibsted companies also has its main base in Gdansk.
