Enterprise Makeover 6/6: organizational change & summary

In the last part of the Enterprise Makeover series we look at some organizational change patterns and wrap up with the summary of the whole series. Watch the video to get more!

  • shape the path – make it easier to do the right thing than the wrong thing

  • communicate changes and build good PR. Decrease learning anxiety.
  • change yourself. Work on your empathy. Extreme automation is a threat for people doing robot work. Show respect to others. Build learning organizations to increase their chance of survival
